Dr. Jyotsna Unnikrishnan

Dr. Jyotsna Unnikrishnan is a highly experienced dentist with over 20 years of practice. She is a senior dentist in Queensland Health and worked as clinical supervisor at the Oral Health Centre in Herston and the University of Queensland’s Dental School.

Dr. Jyotsna holds a master’s degree in orthodontics and is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ireland (MFD RCSI). She is also a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS). Her clinical interests include general dentistry, orthodontics, and treating patients with snoring and sleep apnoea using oral appliances. Passionate about treating patients, she delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys teamwork. Currently, she is pursuing a research degree at Griffith University, Gold Coast.

Outside of work, Dr. Jyotsna loves spending time with her family, enjoying Indian classical music, yoga, gardening, and exploring new cultures through travel.
